Our process
Methodology
A Reputation Visibility Check is a dated research snapshot, not a promise about traffic, calls, rankings, or revenue.
What we review
We use public business information to examine how a company is described and represented for a stated service and location. A check may include the business website, public profiles, review information, directories, published third-party information, and observable recommendation results.
How comparisons are selected
We compare businesses offering a similar service in the same general market. When the business does not name comparison companies, Ice Digital selects relevant local competitors based on service overlap and public market presence.
What the report includes
- The date of the research snapshot
- The service and location tested
- The comparison companies used
- The public sources and observable results supporting the finding
- A plain-English explanation of apparent visibility gaps
- Important limitations or uncertainty
Results can change over time and may vary by source, wording, location, and user. The check does not establish lost calls, lost revenue, customer behavior, or future performance.
Corrections
If a report contains outdated or inaccurate business information, email isaakmoore@icedigital.agency. We will review reasonable correction requests and preserve the original research date in the record.
