Ice Digital is operated by Isaak Moore in Tucson, Arizona. This policy explains the limited information used to prepare visibility research and requested introductions.

Information we use

We may use public business information, information you send by email, report requests, correspondence, correction requests, consent records, and introduction or appointment records.

Why we use it

We use information to prepare and deliver requested research, communicate about findings, maintain accurate records, prevent unwanted outreach, improve our process, and make a provider introduction only when authorized.

Provider introductions

Ice Digital does not sell contact lists. We share contact and company information with a specific service provider only after the business requests and authorizes that introduction. Service providers are independent businesses with their own privacy practices.

Service vendors

Hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, and recordkeeping vendors may process information for Ice Digital when those services are used. We collect only what the workflow reasonably requires and use practical safeguards appropriate to the information.

Retention and choices

We retain research, correspondence, consent, referral, and audit records only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, and suppression of unwanted outreach. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing isaakmoore@icedigital.agency. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.

Business use

The service is intended for adults acting on behalf of businesses. It is not directed to children or intended for consumer financial, medical, employment, housing, or insurance decisions.
